  1. Create a business development plan for the financial year and clear alignment on sales targets, segments, timelines, and to an extend projects
  2. Ensure key accounts of the organization are well managed and develop new opportunities
  3. To generate New sales leads on his own.
  4. To develop a network of consultants and designers,
  5. To track the tenders floated by the government, semi-government and private sectors, obtain the tender document, evaluate, and prepare competitive quotations for approval.
  6. To work individually for the entire stages of Lighting project sales – lead Generation, BOQ Understanding, Manufacturer /product selection, Commercial proposal, Negotiation, Submittals, and closure
  7. Visit the existing/ prospective customers regularly to establish and maintain healthy relationships and spot the present and future demands.
  8. Perform the market and competition analysis.
  9. Capable to perform Energy Audits for Lighting retrofit project


1.       Must have experience in Projects – LED lighting Sales and Technical support.

2.       Good knowledge of a full range of LED products like indoor/ Outdoor /Architectural / Façade/ Industrial Lighting.

3.       Strong communication, negotiation, and network skill are key along with a strong understanding of market trends, industry issues, and competitor knowledge.


Ø  Years & Field: 5+ Years in Lighting / MEP product range. 

Ø  Educational Qualification: Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree.

Ø  Skills & Abilities: Software Knowledge – Lighting Design, MS Office, AutoCAD and strong in Sales.

Ø  Valid UAE driving License with own vehicle.

Ø  Available to join immediately or max after 30 days’ notice period.

Ø  Should be based in Abu Dhabi
