Job Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate (Secondary Market)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our secondary market real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the real estate sector, with a proven track record of success in sales and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Business Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's presence and market share in the secondary real estate market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the real estate industry, preferably in the secondary market segment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 8,000 to AED 12,000 per month (depending on experience) + commission
• Visa sponsorship
• Premium medical insurance coverage
