Must have adequate knowleage of Construction Industry, Building materials knowledge .Added advantage if candidate have experience in construction chemicals industy.

Perform and implement all strategic and business development activities of the Company, to profitably grow all business units to a market leadership position. Develop relations with Key Clients with Contracting Companies, understand them thoroughly, understand their problems and work out win-win solutions to resolve the problem or fill the gaps must work on continuously, provides an overall view of the entire account, the people involved, the multiple roles they play, their influencer-potential, the stakes that a complex account brings with it and customer dynamics, in order to take the right action at the right time Job Requirements Key Tasks:

1. Assist Key Account Head / Target Market Manager in the Area ME in implementing the relevant strategies and policies.

2. Assist to develop new Markets and Geographical regions to open new sales opportunities for Chinese contractors to the Company.

3. Establish new and maintain existing long term relationship with Key customers. 4. Analyze the potential and select key targets ensure that plans turn into actions through agreed qualitative and quantified action plans.

5. Networking and relationship building – supervise and provide strong support to existing and potential Key customers in all aspects of development across all Target Markets

6. Study and comprehend the technical aspects and advantages of the company’s product line to be able to satisfy customers’ technical requirements.

7. Establish relationship with Consultants, specifies and clients authorities and assist the specification process to include the Company’s products and systems.

8. Ensure sales from targeted markets generate above market growth and that the net result after cost provides an acceptable level of profit in line with the set budget and gross margin.

9. Follow up Established pricing policy together with the immediate supervisor

10. Negotiating, managing and interpreting customer requirements offering a product or service which will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery, beside calculating client quotations, negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.

11. Providing pre-sales and post sales technical assistance and product education helping in the design of customer made products, solving client problems, initiate corrective actions where necessary and offering after-sales support services.

12. Contribute towards a positive team environment and spirit with Colleagues, supervisors and subordinates. Coordinate with and assist other colleagues when needed to the interest of the company.

13. Liaise with business unit Manager / Key Account Head, Technical Services Department and the Marketing Department for the promotion of the company’s products and image.

14. Keep yourself updated of any market information, Competitors, projects and any other subject that could affect the company’s interest including the monthly products expected sales forecast

15. To undertake any additional responsibilities or duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor or Manager commensurate within the position.
