Responsible for reaching out to potential leads, evaluates and qualify prospects, understanding the client’s needs, demonstrating the company’s smart home solutions (vis on-site visits to potential customers), submitting offers, negotiating offers, and closing deals.,

This includes actively calling prospects over the phone, email, social media, networking, and handling the entire sales process until the deal conclusion.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through the allocated sales and marketing plan
  • Reach out to leads on-site or off-site sales, generated via different marketing channels and qualify them.
  • Arrange and conduct demonstration visits to leads and site inspections in order to introduce home automation solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and follow up with potential clients until closing deals.
  • Work closely with the installation team to ensure effective completion while maximising customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Meet strictly the sales target allocated by the sales plan, measured by Management’s KPIs
  • Maintain active engagement and good relationships with both new leads and existing customers through creative follow-up communications, with the intention of enhancing customer interest
  • Provide feedback about solutions posited in the market and customers' feedback.
  • Generate a strong trust between the company and the client via highlighting our after-sale services in coordination with the concerns team.
  • Promote and raise awareness about smart home solutions, and convince household owners by using their promotion & presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or business administration, marketing, sales, or other related field in equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in home automation sales in the UAE (preferably B2C)
  • Has a proven track record in business development capabilities.
  • Experience in CRM systems is a plus.
  • Referrals not required

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valid UAE Driving licence.
  • Very high demonstrative and convincing skills
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship
  • Customer focus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
