About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to support our Self Service operations. You’ll be the go-to person for customers using our self-service channels, helping them find what they need and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
What You’ll Do:
· Assist customers in self-service areas with product selection and support
· Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are neat and organized
· Monitor product availability and report low stock
· Provide friendly and helpful service to enhance customer satisfaction
· Support promotional activities and upselling when needed
What We’re Looking For:
· Good communication and people skills
· Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
· Positive attitude and team spirit
· Ability to work independently and stay organized
· Basic computer or POS system knowledge
