Urgently required, a qualified and experienced Senior Architects, the candidates shall meet the below requirements:
· Hold a Master or Bachelor degree in Architecture.
· 12 to 15 years of experience out of which 7 years in Dubai – UAE
· Fluent in English.
· Self-motivated; ability to work independently and in a team environment to coordinate and maintain positive working relationships with other design professionals
· Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through.
· Excellent graphic, communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
· Willingness to work on a variety of project types, building typologies, and architectural styles.
· Understanding the clients’ requirements and preferences
· Strong proficiency modeling in REVIT and SketchUp
· Understanding of building codes and how to apply them
· Analyzing architectural designs and plans
· Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations
· Researching and inquiring about different materials
· Controlling supporting team.
· Scheduling and delivering at skill enhancement workshops
· Explaining design requirements and specifications to Builders.
· Communicating project status and completion timelines to the clients
· Preparing building models and structure plans
· Conducting mockup sessions
· Creating blueprints and making alterations based on the feedback from the client
· Developing projects by adhering to the specified budget and timeline
· Undertaking regular site visits and inspections
