Senior Project Manager-Civil

Responsibilities:

• Taking full responsibility for the profit and loss of assigned projects.
• Building strategic relationships with clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrating strong leadership qualities and mentoring team members.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
• Motivating and retaining project teams to maximize productivity.
• Coordinating site activities and resolving technical issues.
• Managing material procurement and delivery.
• Identifying and managing long lead items and special systems.
• Preparing execution strategies and cost estimates.
• Implementing quality management and control systems.
• Managing project expenses and budget allocation.
• Overseeing subcontracted work for quality and timely completion.
• Planning and scheduling project activities.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.
• Proper documentation and closeout of projects.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 6 years leading and managing industrial projects (Factories, Warehouses, Central Kitchens etc).
• 10 years of experience in steel structures.
• Working knowledge of MEP.
• Registered with Dubai Municipality.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and legislative requirements for JAFZA, DIP, DIC.
