•                     Generate customer demand and push for sales

•                     Take orders, send the quotes and process orders in an accurate manner

•                     Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

•                     Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

•                     Complete minimum Talk time, sales calls, service calls and other business compliance requirements

  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role preferably in an IT Pre-Sales/ E-Commerce / Technical Sales (Calling) environment
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of a wide range of hardware and software technologies Preferably Windows 7 & 10 Operating systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi & Arabic is an Advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • College/University Degree
  • Technical Certifications is an added advantage.
  • Should be sales target oriented and able to deliver the numbers as per the business targets/Requirements.
  • Must be multitasking and able to handle pressure.
