Coordinate the procurement and scheduled use of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards.
In addition, landscape supervisors guide and mentor field staff and assist them in carrying out their duties.
Serve as the primary interface between the customer and the crew.
Supervise a team of Pools & landscape technicians, assign tasks, and provide guidance to ensure efficient execution of Pools & landscape maintenance activities.
Monitor and maintain the health and condition of plants, trees, and greenery, ensuring they receive appropriate care and attention.
Coordinate with the irrigation specialist to ensure proper watering and irrigation of landscape areas.
Manage the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments in accordance with organic farming standards.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of walkways, paths, and outdoor areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address pest infestations, diseases, and other landscape-related issues.
Train and educate staff on proper Pools & landscape maintenance techniques and safety protocols.
Keep accurate records of landscape activities, materials used, and plant inventory.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in Pools & landscapes.
