Yaghmour Building Contracting is hiring a Site Supervisor!
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations at construction sites
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Adjusting schedules and resources as needed
- Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to specifications
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities and report on daily progress
- Ensure all equipment and materials are available on site as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5- 15 years of experience as a site supervisor in fit out projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to effectively coordinate and oversee construction activities.
- Excellent knowledge of fitout works, materials, and regulations.
- UAE driving license is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
