Job Title: Site Supervisor (Maintenance Experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor with a background in maintenance to oversee operations at various project sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a maintenance company, a strong understanding of building systems, and be able to manage site activities to ensure the timely completion of tasks. Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair work at different sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with local standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide on-site solutions, and escalate problems to management when necessary.
- Manage the procurement of materials and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
- Liaise with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any on-site issues or complaints professionally.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately, including daily logs, incident reports, and work orders.
- Monitor and report project progress, keeping within budgets and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in a maintenance company, preferably in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s local building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools and software.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management company.
- Candidates must have their own visa.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
