Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish captivating content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
  • Develop content calendars with strategic content strategies tailored to each platform's unique audience.
  • Engage with our followers, build customer relationships, and foster brand engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent alignment with our brand's voice and vision in all messaging and content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement social media strategies in line with our brand's core values.
  • Stay updated with the latest fashion and fitness trends, incorporating them into your content creation.
  • Prepare detailed analytics reports, presenting performance data and recommendations to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with photo and video editing software.
  • Proficiency in managing various social media platforms.
  • A creative eye for developing captivating content that aligns with our brand's identity.
  • Prior experience in the fashion, fitness apparel, or related industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to interpret and explain data effectively.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM analytics is a bonus.
