Social Media Executive

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging and visually appealing posts, videos, and graphics that resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with the online community.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Explore new platforms and technologies to expand the company's social media presence and reach.
• Conduct competitor analysis and research industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Stay informed about relevant industry news, events, and developments to leverage in social media content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong creative thinking, content creation, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
