Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our medical services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and driving online engagement with our target audience. This role requires someone who is knowledgeable about the healthcare industry and can effectively communicate our services to both existing and potential patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and online communities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key online influencers and healthcare communities.
  • Address inquiries and comments in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Conduct competitive research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and act upon opportunities to grow our social media presence and drive traffic to our website and physical locations.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on social media activities, performance, and ROI.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and medical teams to create cohesive and effective messaging.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or consultants when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the healthcare or medical services industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and the ability to adhere to them in all communications.
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
