Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Community Management: Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Influencer Management: Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers in your industry or niche. Collaborate with influencers to create content, manage partnerships, and track performance.
Influencer Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for influencers, including contract negotiations, content guidelines, and communication plans.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance optimization.
Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency and voice across all social media channels.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
