As a Social Media Manager at Croft Media, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy, as well as overseeing the social media presence of our clients. Your role will be crucial in driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and fostering growth across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage and grow our agency's and clients' social media accounts.
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to captivate audiences.
- Schedule and post content on various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to optimize content and strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and goals, tailoring social media strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into your strategies.
- Collaborate with the content creation team for visuals and design elements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in an agency setting is preferred.
- Photography and videography skills, with the ability to shoot and edit content using mobile phones.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software/tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Basic understanding of the complete marketing landscape.
