We are looking for a talented individual with at least 5 years of experience in social media marketing, who is a native Arabic speaker and has a deep understanding of the culture and trends in the Arab-speaking world.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and growth on various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content in Arabic that resonates with our target audience, aligning with our brand's voice and values.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, and escalate any issues as necessary.
• Analyze social media data and metrics to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains competitive and innovative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide support for special events, product launches, and promotions through social media channels.
• Manage and grow our online community, fostering engagement and building relationships with our followers and customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing and management.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent proficiency in written and spoken Arabic.
• Strong passion for social media and a deep understanding of Arab culture and online trends.
• Experience working with startup companies and an ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
