Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team in the role of Marketing Specialist cum Front-End WordPress Developer. This unique position offers the opportunity to shape the online presence of our real estate brand and contribute to our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance the online visibility of our real estate listings and brand.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, focusing on property promotion and lead generation.
• Conduct market research to identify real estate trends, competitor activities, and buyer preferences in the Dubai market.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for our real estate listings, website, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that highlights the unique selling points of our properties and promotes our brand.
• Utilize SEO best practices to improve the search engine ranking of our property listings.

Front-End Development:

• Design and develop user-friendly websites for showcasing our real estate portfolio using WordPress.
• Customize and maintain WordPress themes to ensure a seamless and attractive user experience.
• Implement responsive design to cater to users across various devices and screen sizes.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
• Strong experience in WordPress development, including theme customization and plugin management.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools to create visually appealing marketing materials.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the real estate and sales teams to understand property specifications and effectively showcase them online.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and recommend optimizations for better results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and front-end development, preferably within the real estate industry.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful WordPress projects and effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends.
