JOB SUMMARY:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media campaigns, pre-launch activities, and planning/scheduling posts on various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, excelling in preplanning and effectively portraying campaigns for each product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Identify target audiences and create engaging content.

Social Media Account Management:

Manage and administer social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube

Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.

Build and nurture online communities and partnerships.

Campaign Planning:

Strategize and plan social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with product launches and marketing objectives.

Work closely with marketing teams to integrate campaigns seamlessly.

Pre-Launch Activities:

Lead pre-launch activities for products, creating buzz and anticipation.

Develop teaser content and exclusive sneak peeks to engage the audience.

Content Creation:

Produce compelling multimedia content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube

Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality visuals.

Posting and Scheduling:

Plan and schedule social media posts on appropriate platforms, considering the best days and times for optimal engagement.

Use scheduling tools to automate and streamline posting processes.

Platform Expertise:

Stay updated on the latest trends and features of TikTok, YouTube, Face book and Instagram.

Implement best practices for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

Provide regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing and tracking multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Demonstrated success in planning and executing social media campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics platforms.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Strong storytelling and content creation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
