Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the planning, organizing, and delegating of work of the staff and staff rotation.
  • Handling customer queries, complains, and concern
  • Ensures that all policies, procedures, and controls are followed in the store.
  • Setting and achieving KPIs and generating sales for the retail store
  • Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries
  • Planning and maintaining efficient store operations; assigning and evaluating the work performance of personnel assigned to the store

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Telecom industry
  • Good understanding of retail store environment.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in Telecom/IT/Electronics industry

Additional qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Telecom, Sales or Marketing
