Job Summary:
The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
1. Purchasing Coordination:
- Coordinate procurement activities to source materials, equipment, and services in alignment with organizational requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders to manufacturers.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during the procurement process.
- Track order statuses, resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast material requirements and manage inventory effectively.
- Confirm forwarders to pick up shipments
The candidate should have experience in :
1. Microbiology, Biochemistry
2. Medical Supplies Trading Company experience is an added advantage.
The candidate should have:
1. Own VISA
2. Studied Microbiology
3. Computer literate( Know how to use Microsoft Office tools).
Female candidates preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
