Real Estate knowledge is a plus

Knowledge of customer service.
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
Should know how to work on excel

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage outgoing and incoming calls.
Provide project information to customers.
multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the company.
Document all call information and update the same in CRM.
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Complete call logs and reports.
