We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-calling Team Leader to contribute to generating sales for our company. The Telecalling team leader’s role is to lead and direct the telesales team to make high sales and enjoy good patronage from clients; to obtain excellent records in call quality and sales delivery. He/she directs the telesales team as they contact customers via the telephone to make sales transactions and support field sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results
Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results
Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills
Strategic and day-to-day leadership of the telecalling team, ensuring that sales targets are hit or exceeded
To manage the recruitment, induction and training of new employees, as appropriate, plus supervision of temporary/freelance staff as necessary
Proactively developing and implementing plans to deliver company, team and personal targets by developing telesales strategy, testing new ideas and sharing best practice
To work with marketing to develop creative ideas and ensure that all opportunities are taken so that sales targets are hit or exceeded
To deliver team sales targets by leading the team and to deliver personal sales targets
To arrange, participate in and lead training and team meetings as required in order to encourage agents to learn new sales techniques and achieve planned sales goals
To set and monitor targets to achieve the planned sales
To undertake regular analysis and review of all aspects of telecalling to ensure that sales are maximized and that all processes are as efficient and cost-effective as possible
To ensure that company HR standards and legal and regulatory requirements are complied with
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, human services or similar field.
Must have Outbound sales experience working towards a target
Previous experience working as a telecalling Team lead
2-5 years’ experience in a Team Leader/ Supervisory role
Highly driven and high energy individual to deliver in a target driven environment and is hungry for success
Strong leadership and sales skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to write and present reports.
Strong organizational skills.
Location: - Dubai Silicon Oasis
Timing- 9AM-6:30PM
Language Known- Hindi is must and additional would-be a plus.
