HERE PROPERTIES LLC is a real estate company is looking for a telemarketing representative who can join us immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Looking for experienced Telesales Representative, who is confident, well-spoken for a Real Estate Company in Dubai
Effectively manage and handle the pre-sale activities
Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls on our existing client database
Arrange meetings of the agent with clients.
Interacting with prospective clients (individuals, Investors, Retailers, and Property dealers) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings for making them a part of our projects
Keep accurate records of the conversations, so these can be feedback to our clients
Candidate Requirements:
Real estate background preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and (Russian is additional)
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
Good sales ability
Working knowledge of relevant
Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it
Prior experience as a tele caller or similar.
SALARY to be discussed upon interview, depending on the experience.
