Job Description

Job Summary:

To lead outbound telesales channel for acquisition of banking products for our partner banks. Preferred knowledgeable in Call Center SLA’s & functionalities.

Job Responsibilities: -

  • Lead an outbound telesales unit of up to 20 telesales staff.
     
  • Responsible for overall profitability of the Telesales channel.
     
  • Drive the overall productivity of the team as per the assigned monthly and yearly targets.
     
  • Hiring, training and providing coaching and assisting team members.
     
  • Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and handle customer complaints and escalations.
     
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable policies of our partner banks.
     

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in leadership role in telecom or banking

Educational Qualification:  Graduate

Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of banking products mandatory
     
  • Good Team Management, Communication, Relationship and Leadership skills
     
  • Strong analytical skills.
