Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in ticketing and hotel reservation bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering recommendations.
  • Collaborate with hotels and airlines to secure the best rates and availability for customers.
  • Manage multiple reservations and ensure all necessary documentation and confirmations are provided to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of different travel destinations and their attractions to assist customers with their travel plans.
  • Handle special requests and accommodations for customers, such as arranging transportation or dietary preferences.
  • Provide support and assistance to customers during their travel, including resolving any issues or emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry within the Galileo system.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and a second language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple reservations and inquiries.
