Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist customers in ticketing and hotel reservation bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering recommendations.
Collaborate with hotels and airlines to secure the best rates and availability for customers.
Manage multiple reservations and ensure all necessary documentation and confirmations are provided to customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures.
Maintain a thorough understanding of different travel destinations and their attractions to assist customers with their travel plans.
Handle special requests and accommodations for customers, such as arranging transportation or dietary preferences.
Provide support and assistance to customers during their travel, including resolving any issues or emergencies.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry within the Galileo system.
Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and a second language.
Strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve customer issues and complaints.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple reservations and inquiries.
