About the Role:
As a Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our fleet. Your primary duties will include managing drivers, ensuring vehicle maintenance, optimizing routes, and maintaining compliance with all UAE transport regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily fleet operations
- Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of vehicles
- Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules
- Implement safety protocols and compliance with UAE transport laws
- Optimize route planning and fuel efficiency
- Manage and train drivers
- Analysis and reporting for the top management
- Dealing with "rent a car" suppliers to fulfill the operational requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management or operations
- Proven track record in managing transport operations in the UAE
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of UAE transport regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Fleet Management: 5 years (Required)
- Transport Management: 5 years (Required)
- Supervisory: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving License (Required)
