Urgently required, a qualified and experienced Urban Planners, the candidates shall meet the below requirements:
Hold master or bachelor degree in urban planning or architecture.
7 to 10 years of experience out of which 5 years in Dubai – UAE
Fluent in English
Understanding of the requirements of the client as well as the governmental agencies in Dubai to develop plans and land use.
Prepare plans, studies and technical reports
Create and interpret maps and diagrams
Coordinate with the concerned authorities.
Ability to conceptualize large-scale plans and establish required milestones to complete projects
Experience utilizing geographic information systems (GIS) software
Experience working in various database software programs including Microsoft Suite
