1. Photography, 2. Videography & 3. Creative Designing in a candidate who’s applying for the above-mentioned post.
- Photography Skills:
- Take professional pictures in a studio or on location
- Capture employees’ portrait photoshoots and office engagement activities
- Photography of homes such as apartments/villas including interior space of residences – common room, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc., and show the flow of the space
- Post-editing: Color calibration, Watermarks, logo markings
- Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs
- Knowledge of photography techniques
- Operate various photographic equipment such as single-lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras and lighting
Videography Skills:
- Film videos on set or on location
- Shoot employees’ interviews
- Shoot properties walk-through videos
- Plan the shoot with the sales team and the developer
- Edit footage in post-production
- Proficiency with camera equipment
- Post-editing: Color calibration and logo markings
- Video and text transition effects using adobe premiere and after effects
Creative Designing Skills:
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Taking design briefs to understand requirements
- Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
The candidate must know this software:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Premier/Final Cut Pro/ Davinci
- After Effects
- Lightroom
