Ensuring the GM office and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. This might involve tasks such as dusting, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
Setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
Helping to manage the GM schedule by arranging appointments, updating calendars, and reminding the GM of upcoming commitments.
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
Cleaning GM washroom.
