Job Description
Coordinating visa process
Arrange and Coordinating the interviews
Maintain personal records
Answer and direct phone calls
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
Maintain contact lists, Cold calling to clients, and set up meetings.
Selling the product during meetings and passing the sale information to admin/accounts to prepare the agreement/quotations.
Understanding the product with up-to-date product information.
Constant follow-ups – either calls or emails.
Working with suppliers when required.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Data Entry
Data Filtering
Co-ordination with the Account Executives/Managers
