  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Maintain contact lists, Cold calling to clients, and set up meetings.
  • Selling the product during meetings and passing the sale information to admin/accounts to prepare the agreement/quotations.
  • Understanding the product with up-to-date product information.
  • Constant follow-ups – either calls or emails.
  • Working with suppliers when required.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
