We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our operations in the fit-out and interior design industry. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, suppliers, and clients.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ of UAE experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the fit-out/interior contracting industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Must be in UAE.
