Administrative Assistance - Admin Assistant Cum HR Coordinator - HR Recruiter.

Salary: AED 4,000.00 per month

AGCO Properties is seeking a skilled and committed Admin Assistant Cum HR Recruiter to support our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a background in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Self-motivated and excellent multitasker.
  • Effective and accurate report writing.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
