· The applicant should have previous experience in a cleaning company.
· Will be reporting to the Operations Manager.
· To have a complete knowledge of how to operate all cleaning equipment and machinery.
· Monitor all cleaning chemicals and machineries allocated in each boutique.
· Supervise all the staff and the daily duty of them ,
.need to make sure the understanding on daily base for all the staff duties and Responsibilities for the next day duties
. need to make sure that the staff will not leave the clients home unless the client confirm the he got the services as requested and nothing pending
.visit and manage on daily reports all the clients requests while you are arranging
. build an amazing relation with the Philpino staff to handle the daily staff objections
.Handle the complaints and manage it with the staff
· Monitor all the apartments if cleaned as per company standard.
· Establish and maintain staff schedules.
· Maintain staff attendance logs and do daily work sheet and KPI’s for submission to the OPERATIONS MANAGER every week.
· To monitor staffs hygiene such as UNIFORMS, APRONS, BAGS, SHOES, HAIRCUT, NAILS, BRACELETS AND EARRINGS.
· Handle all client queries, complaints and comments to ensure client satisfaction in a timely manner.
· You required to be very creative and alternate thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work related problems.
· To be pleased with the staffs on the job and displaying a good natured, co-operative attitude.
· You should ideally have a basic office skills and good interpersonal skills.
· Good command of written and spoken English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials.
· You will work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
· The applicant preferred to have valid UAE driving licenses.
· Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
