We are inviting applications from experienced School Administration Officers to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have prior UAE school experience and a strong understanding of school administrative operations. The role requires effective coordination with school leadership, staff, parents, and external authorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the school.
Key expectations include:
Handling school administrative processes and documentation
Coordination with HR, Finance, and Academic teams
Managing student and staff records in compliance with UAE regulations
Supporting admissions, front office, and parent communication
Ensuring adherence to school policies and KHDA/MOHRE requirements
Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
Candidates with a proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced school environment will be preferred.
