Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Skilled in managing challenging situations with professionalism and tact
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update both digital and physical records
  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
  • Update and monitor inventory files
  • Organize and maintain structured filing systems
  • Support the development and maintenance of company databases
  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations
  • Handle incoming mail and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
