Full job description

  • Welcome parents, children and visitors to the Nursery
  • Booking and guiding prospective parents around the Nursery (tours)
  • Following up Nursery enquiries, from walk-ins, phone and email
  • Maintaining family and account records on Nursery computer (registrar duties)
  • Collection of fees, outstanding fees and resolving any account queries
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential company/Nursery, staff, children’s, and parents records (Update and maintain Municipality Folder)
  • Liaising with Head Office
  • Sending data reports to Head Office as approved by Nursery Manager
  • Maintaining accounts payable – sending authorised invoices to Head Office for cheque issuance
  • Communicating effectively in person, in writing (email and other) and on the telephone
  • Working closely with Nursery Manager
  • Ordering Office Supplies
  • Liaising with Nursery Manager with general employee administration eg. Health cards etc
  • General Office Duties
  • Any other duties requested by Nursery Manager
  • Attend Ladybird Event Days
  • Attend weekly staff meetings when able
  • Assisting Head Office with any advertising requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Administration: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • Excellent written and spoken English (Required)
