Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). In depth knowledge of operation of a modern CAD based multi discipline drawing office, Excellent AutoCAD skills, word processing and spread sheet capability, A good understanding of Auto CAD enhancement programs
  • Flexible, Enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn
  • Proven experience and competency using AutoCAD is required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Should be flexible in terms of working hours.
  • Should have at least 2 years of working experience in admin roles.
  • Should be proficient in using MS Office

JOB Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Creating detailed and accurate CAD and PowerPoint drawings for different projects
  • Ensuring all drawings meet standards and project requirements for different projects
  • Coordinating with the teams and departments to ensure all necessary components are included and correctly specified.
  • Coordinating with different departments to optimize workflow.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Carrying out various administrative duties.
  • Supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, operations and communications
  • Performing documentational duties.
  • Participating in various projects of other departments that cross department lines to increase productivity and utilization on individual and organizational level.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The candidate working in UAE would be given priority.
