Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at MVP Application and Game Design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, relationship building, and strategic planning to expand our client base and increase revenue.


  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and strategies to attract new customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our software solutions and value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in software sales or business development roles, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong understanding of software products, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
