Job Title: Business Setup Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED 3,000.00 - AED 6,000.00 per month
We are seeking dynamic, skilled individuals to join our team as Business Setup Manager. Ideal candidates will embody a client-first mindset, possess comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end business setup process, excel in communication, thrive under pressure, and adeptly manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fast-paced environments, meeting company-defined targets in a KPI-focused setting.
- Knowledge of UAE free zones (DMCC, DIFC, DED, IFZA, HAFZA, RAKEZ, MYZ) is advantageous.
- Provide exceptional service and support, ensuring clients are consistently updated.
- Persuade clients to utilize our services across business incorporation, VAT advisory, PRO services, and banking.
- Execute delegated administrative tasks.
- Assist in company marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrate passion and determination to exceed targets.
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate flexibility with working hours as needed.
- Familiarity with UAE labor, immigration laws, and governmental procedures.
- Understanding of various industries' business models, feasibility, and planning.
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in direct client-facing sales and marketing.
- Prior experience as a corporate service provider or business setup consultant is preferred.
