Position Overview:

As a Co-Founder specializing in Amazon and sales, you will work closely with the existing founders to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our business plan. Our mission is to become one of the fastest-growing retail and e-commerce businesses in the UAE and beyond. You will leverage your deep understanding of e-commerce trends and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and establish E-Tail Services as a leading player in the industry. Additionally, if you bring investment to the company, you will be privileged with an offer of equity share and other benefits, as we are actively seeking VC and local investors to expand into different regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the founding team to develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with targeted goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition on Amazon.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Amazon representatives, suppliers, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales performance on Amazon.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and sales to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency in all aspects of the Amazon sales process, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer support.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, partnerships, and investments, and assist in securing additional funding as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be well-versed in current AI, e-commerce, retail, and industry trends to align with our 100% digital company’s direction.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion on the Amazon platform. Experience collaborating with founding teams to define and execute company vision, mission, and strategic goals.
  • Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities, forge partnerships, and assist in securing additional funding or investments.
  • Extensive experience in e-commerce, with a deep understanding of Amazon's policies, algorithms, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting sales data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience as a co-founder or in a senior leadership role in a startup environment is highly desirable.
