We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Officer to manage accounts receivables, ensure timely collections, and perform account and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in collections, and a solid background in accounting.
Location : Silicon Oasis Dubai
Requirement: Female candidates with own visa
Key Responsibilities
Collections Management:
- Follow up on overdue invoices through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve outstanding payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
Accounts Receivable:
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and timely posting of payments.
- Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on outstanding balances.
Account Reconciliation:
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements with company records on a regular basis.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Reporting:
- Provide periodic reports on collections, outstanding accounts, and reconciliations.
- Support management with insights to improve cash flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivables, or reconciliation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
