Collections Officer

Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Officer to manage accounts receivables, ensure timely collections, and perform account and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in collections, and a solid background in accounting.

Location : Silicon Oasis Dubai
Requirement: Female candidates with own visa

Key Responsibilities
Collections Management:

• Follow up on overdue invoices through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Negotiate payment terms and resolve outstanding payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.

Accounts Receivable:

• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely posting of payments.
• Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on outstanding balances.

Account Reconciliation:

• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements with company records on a regular basis.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Reporting:

• Provide periodic reports on collections, outstanding accounts, and reconciliations.
• Support management with insights to improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivables, or reconciliation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
