Summary:
The Compliance Officer will play a vital role in supporting the company's compliance program in the UAE by assisting in the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of local and international regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong interest in compliance and risk management within the UAE context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with UAE regulations.
- Monitor and assess compliance risks specific to the UAE market and report findings to the Compliance Manager/Senior Compliance Officer.
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and UAE regulatory requirements in DNFBP.
- Policy writing and review.
- All kind of Reporting’s to GO AML portal.
- Assist in the investigation of compliance violations and recommend corrective actions in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Provide compliance training and guidance to employees on UAE-specific regulations and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices in the UAE.
- Maintain accurate and complete compliance records as required by UAE authorities.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and filings to UAE regulatory bodies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, law, or finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with key UAE regulatory bodies and their compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
