Requirements:
Load ground products, including hotels, tours, transfers, and other items into the company data system
Maintain contracts throughout the year, including special offers, rate changes, stop sales, and inventory adjustments
Review and verify loading input from other team members, reducing errors and making corrections when necessary
Cross-check errata and hotel descriptions, ensuring accurate distribution of data across all systems and platforms
Provide support and assistance in resolving invoice discrepancies related to loaded offers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in contract loading within the travel industry is essential
Proficiency in using relevant software and data management tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
