Job Title: Coordinator – Chemical & Equipment Service
Industry: Water Treatment
Salary: AED 4000/- to AED 4500/-
Experience Required: 3-4 years in a similar industry
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide necessary support to the files service team.
- Maintain schedules and provide timely feedback, documentation, and information.
- Handle CRM/ERP tasks, operations, and processes.
- Manage prequalification documents and water treatment operations.
- Oversee method statements, official letters to clients and suppliers, costing, and quotations.
- Ensure proper feedback is given on all tasks.
- Assist Sales and Service Engineers in managing existing and new clients.
- Provide back-office support to streamline client and staff interactions.
- Handle report filing, document control, and feedback management.
- Required Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems.
- Experience in the water treatment industry.
- Bachelors in any field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
