Job Title: Coordinator – Chemical & Equipment Service

Industry: Water Treatment

Salary: AED 4000/- to AED 4500/-

Experience Required: 3-4 years in a similar industry

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide necessary support to the files service team.
  • Maintain schedules and provide timely feedback, documentation, and information.
  • Handle CRM/ERP tasks, operations, and processes.
  • Manage prequalification documents and water treatment operations.
  • Oversee method statements, official letters to clients and suppliers, costing, and quotations.
  • Ensure proper feedback is given on all tasks.
  • Assist Sales and Service Engineers in managing existing and new clients.
  • Provide back-office support to streamline client and staff interactions.
  • Handle report filing, document control, and feedback management.
  • Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Experience in the water treatment industry.
  • Bachelors in any field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
