Full job description

As a Demand Planner/Supply Chain Planner at Benchmark Foods Trading LLC, you will be responsible for forecasting consumer demand, optimizing inventory levels, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate forecasts for products across multiple categories and channels with the help of available software/EXCEL.
• Prepare daily planning of items required for local purchase to maintain stock levels to meet demands while restricting stock overflow in the warehouse
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather relevant INPUT data and insights for demand forecasting.
• Monitor market trends, promotional activities, and seasonality factors to adjust demand forecasts accordingly.
• Analyze inventory levels daily basis and lead times to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs while meeting service level targets / Storage Capacity Optimal Utilization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related roles within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand planning software and Microsoft Excel.
