Job Description
  • Prepare project-related submittals, outgoing correspondences and submitting to Consultant for approvals.
  • Updates projects logs of shop drawing submittals, material submittals, method statements, incoming and outgoing letters, RFI's, etc...
  • Maintains a filing system for all the project documents/correspondences, payments and tracking of payments.
  • Prepares outgoing letters and internal memos and MoMs.
  • Issued controlled copies of drawings and other documents.
  • Good experience in using Aconex software
  • Highly organized and good practical knowledge in MS Office, etc.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as Document Controller in Construction Companies in UAE.
