Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team for fit-out and joinery projects. The Document Controller will play a vital role in ensuring accurate management, organization, and maintenance of project-related documents, drawings, and records. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

· Receive, review, and organize project documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, contracts, and other relevant documentation.

· Ensure all documents are accurately named, categorized, and stored in a secure and easily accessible manner.

· Maintain an up-to-date and organized electronic and physical filing system.

· Track and manage document versions, ensuring that the most current versions are readily available to the project team.

· Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather updated documents and manage revisions.

· Distribute project documents to relevant team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders as required.

· Ensure timely and accurate communication of document updates and changes.

· Verify the accuracy and completeness of all project documents before distribution.

· Implement quality control measures to prevent errors and discrepancies.

· Adhere to company and project-specific document control procedures and guidelines.

· Maintain document confidentiality and security, following data protection regulations.

· Work closely with project managers, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient document management.

· Provide support in document retrieval and information requests.

Ability to commute/relocate:
