Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience Experience as Document Controller / Site secretary in construction field at Site Consultant Office.
Receiving, distributing and segregating the Consultant's incoming and outgoing correspondences to/from the Contractor and the Client.
Logging of all Correspondence, Drawings, Procedures, Standards, Specifications, Drawings, Data Sheets, Manuals, etc. and generate internal transmittal for internal circulation of the same.
Maintain updated logs of submittals and transmittals.
Maintain controlled and up-to-date documentation and correspondence filing system of soft & hard copies for the project as per the standards for easy retrieval.
Maintain up to date Database Register showing document details and revision status.
Print and distribute documents as needed Copy and scan.
Copy, Scan and upload documents according to company procedure.
Ensure all controlled documents/correspondence are registered and transmitted correctly within 24 hours of receipt.
Assist with the review process for project-controlled documentation in line with project procedures.
Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access.
