Description:

Duty Department:

  • Monitor CCTV during shifts.
  • Maintain attendance records in Excel.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams.
  • Attention to detail and team player.
  • Adherence to attendance policies and penalties for violations.

HR Payroll:

  • Process employee payroll accurately.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in payroll software and Excel.
  • Familiarity with payroll policies, including penalties for errors.

CCTV Operators:

  • Monitor and report security incidents.
  • Work with the Duty Department.
  • Knowledge of surveillance technology.
  • Understanding of security policies, including penalties for breaches.

Requirements:

  • Must Speak Arabic
  • Proven experience as CCTV officer, administrator or other Security and CCTV Officer positions
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Bachelor degree
